Facebook Group Moderation.

Social AF’s Facebook Group Moderation service can be adapted to suit your needs and is most often used for Facebook Challenges.​

Our team of experienced fundraising professionals will manage every element of moderation, and will help participants fall in love with your organisation, boosting your income in the process.

As part of our service, we will:

Carry out a full group set up prior to start date
Dedicate three group moderators to your group who will build relationships and maintain a positive and safe group environment
Ensure brand consistency and reflect your charity’s tone of voice
Respond to all participant posts and endeavor to solve queries and issues within the first response
Create and post a bespoke content plan, designed to maximise engagement throughout the duration of the challenge
Support the strategic direction of your challenge programme by sharing data and insights from over 100 challenges
Respond to direct messages from participants when required
Work on GivePanel (or similar platform) to manage and amend registrations to solve problems
